We understand that not all produce can be grown on Vancouver Island all season long so we expand where we source goods from to ensure that our customers have access to what they need in order to make a healthy & delicious meal!

We are so fortunate to be in the Cowichan Valley where we have farm fresh & amazing produce available to us! We always have a full selection of fresh produce throughout the year!

Our chicken literally crosses the road it's so close! Our pork products come from the Cowichan Valley and our beef is from British Columbia! Check out our ready to go rotisserie chickens!

Check our award winning desserts & baked goods made from scratch at the store each day! Bread from True Grain & Portofino Bakery are delivered fresh to the store each day!

Baking goods, candies & snacks are available from bulk foods. We also have our own line of amazing spices from around the world available in easy to use containers!
